I would like to thank everyone who came, danced, drummed, watched, and brought so much love and positive energy to this year's conference and concert. We are thankful for the opportunity to host an event that brings us all together for an amazing time, as we celebrate each other, family and unity.
We would also like to thank those who were able to make a donation to this year's conference and concert. Your contributions were very much appreciated. The gesture says more than the amount, and we are truly grateful for your kindness and generosity.
This year's theme, Sunu Gaal (Our Boat), ended up being so much more than just a name. It encompassed everything that we felt and experienced. We are blessed to be together, on this wonderful journey, as we make many stops along the way to share the gift of African culture with the world around us.
Thank you again, and we look forward to celebrating 44 years together next year!
